Privacy Policy

When you request an estimate, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email (optional), property city or ZIP, and the type of septic project you need.

Our hosting and security providers may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamps, and error logs to deliver and protect the site. We do not use that information to build advertising profiles.

We use your request details for two things: connecting you with a licensed local septic professional who can provide your estimate, and following up with you about that request. We do not use them for anything else.

Your estimate request is processed by the hosting, form-delivery, and private routing services needed to operate the request. If a participating installer accepts it, that independent company receives the details needed to contact you about the job.

Here is the honest version of how we are paid: a participating installer may pay us for the introduction when it accepts your request. That is the full extent of it. We never sell your details to data brokers or marketing lists, never post them to public lead sites, and never share them beyond the installer handling your request and the service providers that run this website (hosting, security, and form delivery).

When you check the consent box on our form, you agree that a licensed local installer (or we, on their behalf) may contact you about your estimate request by phone, text, or email. You can withdraw consent at any time by telling the company that contacts you, or by emailing us.

We keep estimate-request records while your request is active and for up to 24 months afterward for record-keeping, unless a legal obligation requires longer. After that they are deleted or de-identified. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are encrypted in transit, and access to request records is limited to the people and providers needed to handle your request. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the surface small: no public lead lists, no resale, and no advertising profiles.

We do not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Essential hosting, security, and form-delivery services may use technical storage needed to operate or protect the site. If analytics are added later, this policy will identify them.

This site is for property owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change this policy, material changes will be noted on this page.
